The Loretto Bistro opened in 2015 along North Conway Avenue in Mission, founded by the parents of owner Robert “Robbie” Gonzalez. The restaurant’s name traces back generations, inspired by Loretto Academy, a private school attended by women in Gonzalez’s mother’s family in El Paso.
